the US and Israel—ended

THE RICHEST. THE REALEST.

Hugging on my mama from the jail cell…”—Tupac Shakur

Mother’s Day was some days ago… and for some of us, it ain’t flowers—it’s reflection.

It’s the Moments We Never Got.

Me and my mama got real love… But we also got gaps. Time lost. Conversations we never had. And now life shifting—health changing—you realize… Some moments don’t come back.

That pain? You’re not alone.

That’s why we built EmPower 100. Because success is my redemption. I can’t change my past—but I can build something that helps somebody else avoid it. I’m a two-time felon… and if I can help it, you won’t be.

We launch in June.

But here’s the truth… Empower 100 is the mission.

The Founding 100 Loyal Ones is how the mission survives. Me and my wife started this with our own resources. We can start it alone…but we can’t sustain it alone.

The Founding 100 Loyal Ones is the circle of people who step in and say, "I believe in this—and I’m putting something behind it.”

Not just support… structure.

Not just love… longevity.

Because every 90 days, 100 lives get another shot. But only if the foundation is solid.

Now let me put my Pooh Shiesty mask on.

Even if the war in Iran—US—Israel ended today, there still would be 32 million people pushed back into poverty as a consequence.

Meta Platforms just cut thousands of jobs and froze hiring—because of AI.

That means the game already changed.

Follow the Schmoney.

They investing billions into AI… so you better learn how to leverage it—or get left behind.

That’s what EmPower 100 really is.

Not just second chances…but smart chances.

So this month, we reflect on the moments we never got…and we build something that makes sure others don’t miss theirs.

This is your moment.

Own it.

Rich Felon.

Out For Good is about giving back — not just getting out.

We know what it’s like to come from a struggle. To be part of the streets, the system, or the cycle—and to want better for the next generation. Out For Good was built for the ones ready to give back to the same neighborhoods they once helped tear down, neglect, or lose hope in.

This movement isn’t about redemption for one person—it’s about restoration for the entire community.

We believe that actual change starts when we step up, take ownership, and use what we’ve learned to rebuild what was broken.

From mentoring youth and supporting local schools to cleaning up neighborhoods and launching community programs, events,

scholarships, and contests, Out For Good helps create opportunities to do something meaningful, lasting, and healing.

We’re calling on the ones who know the streets best — the ones who’ve lived it, survived it, and now want to change it because the best leaders are those who’ve been through it and come back to make it right.

We’re not waiting for change—we are the change.

We’re Out For Good.

Mission Statement

To rebuild the same communities that raised us—by transforming lived experience into leadership and turning past mistakes into meaningful impact.

Vision Statement

A world where every person—no matter their past—has the tools, support, and platform to rise, rebuild, and lead.

Out For Good envisions communities that no longer judge people by where they’ve been but celebrate them for where they’re going.

MOTHER OF A FELON

It’s another season of love—from a Mother of a Felon to every felon and ex-felon reading this. And with Mother’s Day here, I couldn’t let it pass without reaching out to you.

I want you to hear this, and I want you to feel it: you are not alone.

I don’t care what your story is. Maybe your mother is still here and holding you down the best way she can. Maybe she’s gone, and you’ve been carrying that weight in silence. Maybe you grew up feeling that kind of love every day. Or maybe… You never really got it at all.

Wherever you fall in that story, I see you.

I see the ones who wait for letters that don’t always come. I see the ones who act tough but still wish someone would say, “I’m proud of you.”

This is why I chose you. Whether life gave you that motherly love or not, you still deserve to feel it. And if nobody told you today—I’m telling you now: you matter. Your life still counts. Your story is not finished.

I see your struggle. I see how hard it is to fight your thoughts in a place where everything is designed to break you down. I see the days you feel stuck, the nights you replay your mistakes, and the moments you wonder if you can really change. But I also see something else.

I see GROWTH.

I see someone who is trying to think differently. I see someone picking up books instead of picking up trouble. I see someone learning patience, discipline, and control. I see someone who is slowly becoming someone his younger self wouldn’t even recognize.

That matters. Don’t you dare overlook that.

This Mother’s Day, I want you to understand something deep: being a better man doesn’t start when you get out—it starts right where you are. Every decision you make right now is shaping the man you’ll be later.

So keep going.

Keep working on your mind. Keep choosing growth over old habits. Keep building yourself, piece by piece, even if nobody claps for you yet.

If you’ve never had a mother tell you this, let me say it now—clear and loud: I believe in you. I’m rooting for you.

And I’m proud of who you’re becoming.

Happy Mother’s Day! With all my heart,

Mrs. Eddie—Mother of a Felon. Recovery Coach. Thirty-three plus years of sobriety.

BOOK OF THE MONTH

SCHMONEY Startup: How to Start a Business With AI

I was born a hustler. Not because it was cool. Not because I wanted to be. Because survival trained me early.

In preschool, I was flipping 5-cent Bonkers bubble gum and Fire Balls for ten cents. By elementary school, I was selling shit I had no business touching—single Newports and Camels for a dollar a stick, blunt roaches I swiped from ashtrays for five, and sips of Thunderbird and Night Train the wine heads at the corner store would grab for me as long as I had enough change to buy them a bottle too.

That change? Sometimes it came from my mama’s stash jar. Long days at the laundromat will turn a kid into a real quick creative.

Was I a bad-ass kid? Yeah.

But I was also one of the good ones.

I wasn’t chasing chaos—I was chasing control. I just didn’t have anybody pointing me in the right direction yet.

My mom—Fat Cheeks—was in recovery when she landed a decent-paying job in property management. Before that, the best job I remember her having was at Little Caesars.

That memory stuck because she used to bring pizza home every night, and when you grow up with nothing, that pizza felt like abundance.

Her husband, G, was also in recovery. They met in the Rooms—NA and AA. My wife built the blueprint, step by step, and made sure I had access to every part I could understand from in here — so when I came home, I wouldn’t be starting over… I’d be stepping into a strategy.

G worked construction, and when I say he was making money, I mean A LOT of money. I watched them go from nothing to something damn near overnight. I know now it took years of discipline and effort, but to a little kid, it looked like magic.

Fat Cheeks got me my first job around eight or nine. Mowing grass. Picking up trash. Painting empty apartments. “Helping” the maintenance man do nothing and still get paid. I’m pretty sure we violated a dozen child labor laws, but what I learned was priceless.

I did everything to earn a buck the legal way—because I wanted things. And things cost money. I was still hustling on the side, but not because I liked hanging out with wineheads. I was addicted to making money on my own.

Like Lil Baby said, “I fell in love with the revenue.” I loved giving back, too. My uncles used to promise us go-karts, dirt bikes, and three-wheelers. None of them ever fixed a damn thing. I think that’s an uncle-nephew pandemic.

So, when I got my money up, the first thing I bought was a brand-new…

WALLSTREET TRAPPER

Stocks First, Clarity Later: Moving With the Market

The market doesn’t wait for clarity—it moves on expectations. Despite rising inflation and global tension, the S&P 500 has pushed within reach of new highs, adding trillions in value in just days.

That kind of move isn’t driven by certainty—it’s driven by anticipation. The AI boom is accelerating, capital is sitting on the sidelines ready to deploy, and the market has already priced in fear. That’s why bad news isn’t hitting like it used to.

This setup feels familiar.

Similar patterns appeared around previous market bottoms—sharp pullbacks followed by quiet recoveries before the crowd caught on.

The takeaway? If you wait for everything to “make sense,” you’ll likely miss the move.

But this isn’t a call to go all in blindly. It’s about positioning with discipline. Taking partial positions. Watching structure. Following leadership.

Right now, leadership is returning to sectors that matter—tech, memory stocks, and major banks. Names like NVIDIA, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs are showing strength again, alongside recovery in software and financials. These are signals, not guarantees—but they matter.

At the core of it all is a principle many ignore: the market transfers money from people in a hurry to people with a plan. That truth becomes even more relevant with recent regulatory shifts.

FELON OF THE MONTH

The Transformation of Stanley Andrisse

Before he ever stood in a classroom as a professor or published scientific research, Stanley Andrisse was navigating a very different reality—one shaped by the streets, poor decisions, and ultimately, incarceration.

Raised in a tough environment, Andrisse got caught up in drug-related activities at a young age. What may have started as survival and circumstance quickly turned into a cycle that led him behind bars—not once, but multiple times.

By his own account, prison wasn’t just a consequence; it was a pattern.

But unlike many who get trapped in that cycle, Andrisse made a decision that changed everything.

While incarcerated, he began to reflect deeply on his life—where he was headed and what he was capable of becoming if he chose a different path. That reflection sparked discipline. That discipline turned into focus. And that focus led him to education.

After his release, Andrisse didn’t ease into change—he attacked it.

He went back to school with purpose, earning degrees in biology and pushing himself academically in ways that demanded consistency and resilience. He wasn’t just trying to “do better”—he was trying to rebuild his identity completely. And he did just that.

RELEASE what you wish to POSSESS!

There’s a different kind of discipline that separates people who “get through the day” from those who dominate it—and it starts long before the world wakes up.

At 2:30–2:45 a.m., while most people are still asleep, the work begins. Not just any work—intentional, focused, and structured. Core training, for example, isn’t just about reps; it’s about execution.

Crunches done with full contraction, controlled sit-ups, leg raises, bicycles, and planks—all repeated in rounds until the body responds. Even rest periods are optimized, with calf raises slipped in to keep momentum alive. Every movement has purpose. Every detail matters.

That same mindset extends beyond fitness—it becomes a way of life.

The environment doesn’t dictate output. Whether conditions are ideal or chaotic, the mission stays the same: control your energy. When negativity shows up—whether from people, pressure, or surroundings—it gets shut down immediately.

Not with reaction, but with discipline. Because productivity requires a clean mental space.

And that’s where the philosophy deepens.

The real power isn’t just in routines—it’s in perspective. The ability to turn setbacks into fuel. To take adversity and convert it into growth. Some call it resilience; others call it mindset. But at its core, it’s alchemy—the transformation of everything, good or bad, into forward motion.

There’s also a level of emotional intelligence that most overlook. Instead of holding onto hate, the focus shifts to unconditional understanding. The belief is simple: what you project is what you carry. Choosing love over negativity isn’t weakness—it’s control.

Even progress isn’t measured alone. It’s reflected in others. The people who transform, who level up, who take the message and apply it—that’s the real impact. It proves that discipline is contagious when lived, not just preached.

And perhaps the most important shift: stop asking “how” and start becoming “who.”

Because success isn’t just a strategy—it’s an identity.

When you build that identity strong enough, no environment can contain you.

MUSIC & MOTIVATION

All Eyes On You by Meek Mill Ft. Chris Brown & Nicki Minaj

“All Eyes on You” by Meek Mill ft. Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown, is that moment when the spotlight is finally on you, when people are watching, judging, and expecting something from your next move.

That kind of attention can feel like pressure, especially for someone who knows what it’s like to be watched for the wrong reasons. But here’s the real takeaway: not all attention is a trap—sometimes it’s your opportunity.

The song celebrates confidence, success, and being seen. Instead of running from the spotlight, it leans into it. And that’s the shift:

Turn pressure into presence. People will talk either way. Let your actions speak louder than your past. Protect what matters. The song also highlights loyalty and having someone solid beside you. Choose your circle wisely—who stands with you matters.

Move like you belong. Confidence isn’t arrogance—it’s knowing you’ve earned your place, even if the road was rough getting there.

For felons rebuilding their lives, the message is simple: being seen doesn’t have to mean being judged—it can mean being recognized. All eyes might be on you—but this time, it’s your chance to show growth, discipline, and a new direction.

You’re not under a microscope anymore—you’re on a stage. Act like it.

CREDIT OF THE MONTH

PLAY THE SYSTEM — DON’T LET IT PLAY YOU

Stop thinking credit is about being “good.”

It’s about being predictable to the system.

Lenders don’t reward hustle… They reward patterns.

Let’s move different this month:

1. UTILIZATION ISN’T MONTHLY… IT’S REPORTED

That 30% rule? That’s basic. Here’s what they don’t tell you: Your balance is usually reported before your due date—on your statement closing date.

2. THE “ALL ZERO EXCEPT ONE” STRATEGY

Most people think carrying a balance helps. It doesn’t. But reporting something does.

Play: Let one card report a small balance (1–5%) and keep the rest at zero.

3. CREDIT LIMITS ARE NEGOTIABLE (YES, REALLY)

Your limit isn’t fixed. It’s a reflection of what you’ve proven.

Play: Every 3–6 months, request a credit limit increase.

4. AUTHORIZED USER STRATEGY (THE RIGHT WAY)

Not all tradelines are equal.

Play: Get added to a card that has:

  • 2+ years history

  • Perfect payment record

  • Low utilization

5. HARD INQUIRIES HAVE A CLOCK

Most people fear them… but don’t understand them.

Play:

Multiple inquiries for the same type (like auto loans)

within a short window (14–45 days)

get counted as one.

6. DELETE WHAT YOU CAN—LEGALLY

You don’t have to accept everything on your report as permanent.

Play:

Dispute:

  • Incorrect late payments

  • Duplicate accounts

  • Old collections past the statute

7. CREDIT BUILDER LOANS ARE A LOOPHOLE

This isn’t just for beginners—it’s for strategy.

Play: Take a small credit builder loan, but pay it down to under 10% immediately.

8. YOUR PROFILE HAS “TIERS”

Lenders don’t just look at your score… they bucket you.

Rough tiers:

  • 580–619 → high risk

  • 620–679 → near prime

  • 680–739 → prime

  • 740+ → elite

9. AGE OF ACCOUNTS = LONG-GAME POWER

Closing old accounts can hurt you.

Play: Keep your oldest accounts open, even if you barely use them.

10. CASHFLOW ≠ CREDIT POWER (BUT YOU NEED BOTH)

You can have money and still get denied.

You can have no money and still get approved. Credit is about trust patterns… not your hustle.

FINAL WORD

Most people use credit. Few people position themselves with credit. We don’t react here… we design. This month, stop playing defense with your finances. Start moving like someone who understands the system behind the system.

IYKYK WITH KY (PART I)

Medical Marijuana

If you know, you know… weed just got a lil upgrade in the system.

The feds are moving to reclassify cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III under the Drug Enforcement Administration — and yeah, that’s a BIG shift. Schedule I meant “no medical use” (same lane as heroin). Schedule III? Now they admit it actually has medical value.

But don’t get too excited…

This ain’t full legalization.

You still can’t move reckless.

And folks STILL sitting down behind old charges.

See that’s the part that hit different.

They changing the rules… but not always freeing the people who got caught under the old ones.

Ky gone say it like this—

“They finally catching up… but some of y’all paid the price early.”

So yeah, progress? Cool.

Justice? Still catching up.

Stay sharp. IYKYK.

PART

CLEAR Database Spill

If you know, you know… this one right here? Yeah… they not even hiding it no more. There’s a tool called CLEAR by Thomson Reuters — and baby, it got EVERYTHING on you. We talking:

  • Where you lived

  • Who you connected to

  • Phone numbers, cars, records

  • Even your digital footprint

And guess who tapping in? Yep… agencies like U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Now here’s the wild part. They don’t always need a warrant.

Because they not “searching” you…they BUYING the data. Let that marinate.

All them apps, sign-ups, “accept cookies” moments?

Yeah… you been clocking in your own surveillance.

Ky gone say it like this—

“You think you moving low… but your data loud.”

This ain’t conspiracy… this is business.

And YOU the product.

Stay woke. IYKYK.

LIFE & LEGACY

Build Generational Wealth 2.0

Most people believe wealth is measured by what they earn, but real wealth is what remains after you’re gone—what continues to support your family and sustain your legacy. That’s where life insurance shifts from being optional to essential.

Without it, families are often left grieving and financially stranded, forced into fundraising and urgent financial decisions during already painful moments. Life insurance replaces that uncertainty with immediate, tax-free cash that can cover rent, education, debt, and living expenses when it matters most.

But its value goes beyond the payout. Certain policies build cash value over time, creating a financial resource you can borrow against for emergencies, investments, or opportunities.

PART

All of these without relying on banks or credit approval. It becomes a private financial system that builds both protection and flexibility.

For communities often excluded from traditional financial systems, especially those rebuilding stability after incarceration or hardship, this structure provides control and consistency where little exists.

Ultimately, generational wealth isn’t created in dramatic moments but in quiet, intentional decisions. Choosing life insurance is choosing to protect your family from chaos, to leave behind structure instead of struggle, and to ensure your name continues to provide long after you’re gone.

DOG OF THE MONTH

AMERICAN Bully Breeding: MECCA & ARIA

Mecca (Father)

BREEDING DESCRIPTION

This breeding was a no-brainer. We all know that all dogs have at least one flaw. Well, I like to look at Aria as almost being perfect. It all starts with her temperament, followed by her insane front, her perfect structure, her nice, tight feet, and her amazing look.

But there are a couple of things I feel we need to add. Bigger head and more bone! Well, we can look at Champion Mecca and see he is bringing just that!

Champion Mecca has produced some very puppies in his last breedings, passing on the exact traits we are desiring. He sits at 168 pounds, 22″ tall, with a 29″ head.

Once again, bring the bully community nothing but quality! Something we should all be looking for.

DOMAIN OF THE MONTH

HOSPITALITY industry: GRANDROOST.COM

GrandRoost.com balances aspiration with comfort in a way that feels natural, not forced.

The word “Grand” immediately suggests quality, scale, and a certain level of experience without sounding overly formal or intimidating. It’s premium, but still accessible. Then you pair that with “Roost,” which softens everything.

“Roost” doesn’t feel like a transaction; it feels like a return. A place to settle, recharge, and feel at ease. That contrast is where the strength lies. You’re not just offering luxury, and you’re not just offering comfort—you’re positioning yourself right in the middle, where most modern travelers actually want to be.

That duality also makes the name memorable. A lot of hospitality brands lean too far in one direction: either they sound cold and high-end, or they sound casual and forgettable.

BOND OF THE MONTH

U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Security (TIPS)

This is a government bond that doesn’t just pay you interest—it also adjusts your money for inflation. In simple terms, your investment grows when the cost of living goes up.

Why It Matters (Why should we care?)

Inflation quietly eats cash over time.

TIPS is built to protect your money from that. Instead of your savings losing value, this bond helps you keep your purchasing power intact while still earning returns.

How It Pays (The Money Part)

  • Interest rate: Usually a low fixed rate + inflation adjustment

  • Payment: Every 6 months (semiannual)

How You Earn

Simple: When prices go up, your investment goes up too.

Risk Level

Very low risk: Backed by the U.S. government, plus it’s designed to protect against inflation loss.

This investment is good for long-term investors, people worried about inflation, and anyone building safe, real-value wealth over time

RFS Take

This is not about chasing big wins.

This is about making sure inflation doesn’t quietly rob your hustle. If you’re serious about protecting your money, this is one of those quiet power moves.

Where to Find It

  • TreasuryDirect

  • Major broker platforms like Fidelity or Charles Schwab

ENERGY OF THE MONTH

COAL

Futures of thermal coal shipments out of Australia were above $130 per ton in April, maintaining most of the surge from March as the outbreak of war in the Middle East triggered shortages in energy commodities, favoring coal alternatives.

The war in the Persian Gulf drove Iranian forces to strike tankers carrying liquified natural gas and liquified petroleum gas crossing the Hormuz chokepoint. Supply from the region was further dented as major natural gas processing facilities were hit in Qatar.

The developments removed a large portion of feedstock for gas-powered plants in Asia, including Japan and Korea, which are the main consumers of higher grades of Australian thermal coal out of the Newcastle port.

What’s Going On?

Data from the World Bank shows coal demand is still holding strong in parts of Asia where it’s used for electricity and industrial production. Even with clean energy rising, many countries still rely on coal to keep the lights on.

Market Pulse (News)

Coal is caught between old energy demand and new energy policies.

Why It Matters

Coal is still one of the biggest energy sources globally.

When energy demand spikes, coal often steps in as the backup.

Price Behavior

  • Prices can spike during energy crises

  • Long-term pressure due to climate policies

  • More boom-and-bust cycles than steady growth

This is a transition commodity—not fully stable, not fully gone.

RFS Take

Coal is that old hustler still making money, but the game is changing.

Boss Move

Watch or Short-Term Buy. Play it smart—this is timing, not forever holding.

RAW MINERAL OF THE MONTH

MOLYBDENUM

Molybdenum is one of the world’s most versatile and strategically important industrial metals, yet it often flies under the radar compared to more familiar commodities like copper, gold, or lithium.

A silvery-grey metal with remarkable strength and resistance to heat and corrosion, molybdenum is primarily used to enhance steel, making it stronger, harder, and more durable. It is a critical component in construction, automotive, aerospace, and energy industries, where high-performance materials are essential.

You use Molybdenum every day without realizing it:

  • In cars (engine parts that survive high heat)

  • In buildings (stronger structural steel)

  • In oil & gas pipelines (prevents corrosion)

It’s the reason a lot of the metal around you doesn’t break, rust, or fail under pressure.

What It’s Used For

  • Strengthening steel (its #1 job)

  • Energy infrastructure (pipelines, refineries)

  • Defense & aerospace (high-performance metals)

  • Clean energy systems (wind, nuclear components)

It’s not flashy, but it’s everywhere that strength and durability matter.

Supply Chain (Who Controls It)

Major producers include:

  • China

  • Chile

POWER & POLITICS

Advocates Demand Voting Access for Incarcerated New Yorkers

The Vote in NYC Jails Coalition, alongside public defenders, elected officials, advocates, community leaders, and directly impacted New Yorkers, held a rally on the steps of City Hall ahead of a City Council hearing on voting access for people incarcerated in New York City jails.

Despite clear legal protections for voting eligibility, many people detained in New York City jails continue to face significant barriers to casting a ballot. Coalition members and advocates have long raised concerns that the current absentee ballot system is insufficient to ensure equal access to the ballot for people held in custody.

Advocates argue that stronger systems and clearer processes are necessary to guarantee that eligible voters in city jails are able to register, request ballots, and cast votes that are counted. The City Council hearing provided an opportunity for lawmakers to examine existing challenges and consider solutions that ensure voting access for incarcerated New Yorkers.

“Far too many people held in New York City jails—despite being legally eligible—are effectively denied their right to vote because of systemic barriers and inadequate processes,” said Rigodis Appling, attorney with The Legal Aid Society’s Special Litigation Unit & Community Justice Unit. “Voting is a fundamental right, not a privilege contingent on circumstance.”

“The current absentee ballot system has consistently failed to ensure meaningful access for incarcerated New Yorkers,” she continued.

“Play Smart Before You Play Big”

May is where a lot of people get it wrong—and a few people start getting it right.

With playoffs, big matchups, and nonstop hype, it feels like the perfect time to go all in. But the truth? This is where emotional bettors lose money fast. This month, your focus should be simple: discipline over dopamine.

Instead of chasing big parlays and viral wins, lock in on controlled, strategic plays. Set a weekly bankroll—something you’re comfortable with—and break it into units. A solid rule is betting only 1–3% per play.

That means if you’re working with $200, your bets should sit around $2–$6. It might not feel flashy, but this is how real investors stay in the game long enough to grow.

Use platforms like FanDuel and DraftKings with intention. Yes, take advantage of promos and boosts—but don’t let them bait you into placing bets you wouldn’t normally make.

Every move should have a reason behind it.

Another key move this month: track everything. Wins, losses, bet types, emotions—log it all. Patterns don’t lie. You’ll start to see what works for you and what doesn’t. That’s where your edge begins.

And let’s be real—some days you will lose. That’s part of the process. What matters is that you don’t chase it back. No doubling up. No emotional betting. Just reset and move forward.

This month’s mindset: “I’m not here for a quick win—I’m building a system that pays me over time.”

May isn’t about going viral—it’s about getting better. Stay patient, stay sharp, and most importantly, stay in control of your money.

That’s how you turn betting into real Schmoney.

FRESH OUT WITH BIG HERC

The Real Cost of the Street Life

There’s nothing glamorous about prison—no matter how social media or street myths try to package it. That’s the core message behind Fresh Out: Life After the Penitentiary, a YouTube platform created by Big Herc. What started as a storytelling channel has grown into a raw, unfiltered education on incarceration, street culture, and the long road back to society.

Big Herc’s story doesn’t begin in chaos—it begins with promise. Raised by a young mother and grandparents, he was a straight-A student, athletic, and focused. But everything shifted when he moved into an environment surrounded by drugs, gang activity, and fast money.

Despite academic success, the lure of quick cash—and the pressure to “level up”—pulled him into the drug trade by age 15.

That decision set off a chain reaction.

What started as small-time hustling escalated into arrests, juvenile detention, and eventually deeper involvement in street life. By 18, he was entangled in robbery, gang conflicts, and a mindset driven by survival and ego.

A home invasion charge led to time in the California Youth Authority, where he experienced firsthand the brutality, racial divisions, and psychological warfare of incarceration.

Prison, as he describes it, is not just confinement—it’s control. Every movement is dictated. Every interaction is political. Violence is constant, and respect is currency. One wrong move can make you a target. And the deeper truth? Many never mentally leave.
